Best EXhibits Frames
BEST-EXhibits Sign Frames are for sign materials up to 1/4″ thick.
Standard sign frames are built to accept sign materials up to 1/8” thick. When requiring frames for sign material between 1/8” to 1/4″ thick, the thickness must be specified so the proper frame can be constructed for your application. Use sign frames when your sign material requires support or protection. Signs are easily installed by removing the top rail of the frame, inserting the sign, and replacing the top rail. Below are our mounting options that utilize a customer’s supplied or existing mounting surface such as a wood post, handrail, or wall.
BEST-EXhibits sign frames can mount directly to a wall or to any of our bases.
See our Exhibit Bases section for details.

Frame Options
Wall Mount Frame
The Wall Mount Frame is very similar to the Flush Mount Frame. The supplied wood screws go through the countersunk holes in the back plate of the frame and into your mounting surface. The frame is slightly offset from the mounting surface to accommodate uneven surfaces and to allow the removal of one edge of the frame for installation of the sign after the frame is mounted. Any side of the frame can be the removable edge, so you may want to consider the accessibility of installing your sign when ordering your frame.

Rail and/or Deck Mount Frame
The Rail Mount Frame is our standard frame adapted to mount to various rail systems. The actual configuration of the rail mount depends entirely upon what type of railing you are mounting to. We can design a mount to work on most any railing whether it is round, square, or wood. Call us with your specific requirements.

Wood Post Mount Frame
The Post Mount Frame attaches to a customer-supplied 4×4 treated wood post. This style is a durable and economical choice for any project.

Wood Flush Mount Frame
The Flush Mount Frame attaches to a customer-supplied wood post and is perpendicular to the ground. Included with this frame is a 4×4 wood post “protector” bracket. This bracket is placed between the frame and post, and is held in place by the supplied wood screws. The post protector covers the top of the wood post to protect it from weathering.

Upright Wood Post Mount Frame
The Upright Frame can be mounted in several ways. They can be mounted as a single frame with a post on each side, a line of frames, or a cluster of frames. The frames attach to a customer-supplied wood post(s) with lag screws (provided). With an additional bracket, you can have a cluster of 3, 5, or more frames. Special configurations may require additional brackets, so talk to us about your design. You can even use these frames back-to-back for a 2-sided exhibit (requires 6” posts).
